Thank you for your Luminara Rewind™ order! Use the steps below to monitor your shipment. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a dispatch email containing your tracking number and a direct link to follow your package.
How To Track Your Luminara Rewind Order
Step 1: Check Your Order Confirmation Emails
After checkout, you will receive two emails:
- Order Confirmation Email: Sent immediately after checkout, containing your order number and digital receipt.
- Shipping Notification Email: Sent when your package leaves our warehouse, containing your tracking number and the shipping carrier.
Please check your inbox as well as your spam or junk folder for messages from [email protected].
Step 2: Track Through The Carrier
Once you receive your tracking number, monitor your package directly on the shipping carrier’s website:

Frequently Asked Shipping Questions
Q: I haven’t received a tracking number yet. What should I do?
Tracking numbers are typically issued within 1–2 business days of placing your order. Please first check your spam or junk folder. If no tracking information has arrived within 48 hours, email us at [email protected].
Q: My tracking hasn’t updated — is my package still in transit?
Yes — it is normal for tracking details to take 24–48 hours to refresh after the shipping label is generated. If you see no movement after 72 hours, please contact our customer care team.
Q: Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to update the delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] or (844) 201-6217.
Q: Tracking says delivered, but I don’t have my package.
Please check the area around your door, with neighbors, and at your building’s front desk or mailroom. Carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered shortly before the actual drop-off. If your package does not appear within 24 hours, contact our support team and we will help resolve it.
